Important Dates
· Tuesday, August 27 – Wild Card Application Deadline
· Tuesday, August 27 – Registration Deadline = 6:00pm MT
· Tuesday, August 27 – Point Verification sent to Registrants
· Wednesday, August 28 – Entry Positions and Final Seeding – Teams placed in either Main Draw, Qualifier or Wait List (WL based on points not date registered). Seeding position also released this day and will remain through the start of the event.

Qualifier
Date: Friday, Sep 4th
Time: 8 am 1st serve
Format: 16 teams in each gender, single elimination
Result: 4 teams advance from each gender
Main Draw
Date: Sat & Sun Sep 5th and 6th
Time: 8 am 1st serve each day
Format: 16 teams in each gender, double elimination
Result: Play down to final 4 teams in gender
Semis and Finals
Date: Monday, Sep 7th Labor Day
Time: 10 am 1st serve
Format: 4 matches for the day, single elim
Result: 1 pm Women’s Final, 2:30 pm Men’s Final
