Fans can watch every match live as teams compete for the final spots in the 2026 AVP League
Every match of the 2026 AVP League Qualification events will stream live on the AVP YouTube Channel, giving fans full access to the high-stakes tournaments that will determine the final teams entering the League. The AVP has partnered with Beach Volleyball Media and Bet the Beach to deliver these live-streams. Stay tuned for some entertaining surprises.
The qualification events will take place on three consecutive Saturdays in Manhattan Beach, California – south of the Manhattan Beach Pier, with all four courts streamed live on YouTube throughout the day.
The three qualification dates are:
- March 28, 2026
- April 4, 2026
- April 11, 2026
Matches will begin at 8:00 AM each day, with competition continuing throughout the day as teams battle through the single-elimination brackets.
Each event features 16 teams per gender competing in a single-elimination format, with matches played best two-of-three sets to 15 points. Lose once, and a team’s run that day is over. At the end of each event, the tournament winners earn automatic berths into the 2026 AVP League.
With several League positions still open following major partnership changes across the sport, the qualification events represent one of the most competitive and unpredictable stages of the season.
Streaming every court allows fans to follow the entire tournament as it unfolds — from early-round battles to the matches that ultimately determine which teams secure their place in the League.
Select matches during the broadcasts will also feature live commentary from international sensation, Richard Lambourne, providing analysis & insight as well as some enchanting entertainment.
“These qualifiers are some of the most intense events we run to start the year,” said AVP Senior Director Joshua Glazebrook. “Every team on the sand is fighting for a place in the League, and every point matters. Streaming every court on YouTube gives fans the opportunity to follow the entire story of the tournament as it unfolds.”
The qualification events are free and open to the public, allowing fans to watch in person along the Manhattan Beach shoreline. For those unable to attend, the YouTube broadcast ensures the competition remains fully accessible to viewers everywhere.
