With multiple fires in California raging relentlessly, forcing hundreds of thousands from their homes, now is the time to act and help in any way we can. Let’s band together as the #AVPFamily to make a difference in the lives of those torn apart by these fires and to support our first responders.

Here’s how you can help:

By supporting the SOCAL Fire Relief Fund, your contribution will support three main beneficiaries: the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, providing essential supplies to the firemen on the front lines; L.A. Kitchen, providing food for first responders and people in shelters who have been affected by the fires; and the Humane Society of Ventura County, providing assistance for over 300 animals displaced as a result of the fires.

To donate, visit the SOCAL Fire Relief Fund or text GIVE to 50555 to give $25.

To aid those affected by the Camp Fire in Northern California, the North Valley Community Foundation has launched the Camp Fire Evacuation Relief Fund. This fund directly supports the needs of the evacuation centers that have opened their doors to support those who lost their homes and are fleeing the fire. These needs include portable toilets, portable showers, blankets, energy and water costs, as well as countless other essential resources. Your donation will help ensure that evacuation centers can remain open to all who need assistance in this time of crisis.
