Betsi Flint is a 7-time AVP Champion who played both indoor and beach volleyball at Loyola Marymount University (LMU). She is a two-time AVCA All-American in beach volleyball and still holds LMU indoor records for career aces and digs. In her AVP rookie season in 2015, she and Kelly Kolinske became the youngest team at the time to win an AVP title, and she was voted AVP Newcomer of the Year.

Betsi has also found success internationally, earning gold in China and silver medals in Canada and Australia. One of her career highlights came in 2024, when she and partner Julia Donlin won the Manhattan Beach Open. She previously captured AVP Hermosa Beach in 2018 with Emily Day and views that win—along with her breakthrough victory in Cincinnati in her first year out of college—as defining moments in her career. She’s now a 7x AVP Champion. Betsi competed for the LA Launch in 2024, took 2025 off to have her son, and returns in 2026 with new partner Kylie Deberg representing the Dallas Dream.

Off the court, Betsi enjoys spending time with her husband Chase and their children, Cora and Odin, as well as meal prepping. She was born and raised in a small town in South Dakota before later moving with her family to Phoenix, Arizona.
