Brandie Wilkerson graduated from York University as a Communications major and was an All-Canadian varsity indoor volleyball player. Transitioning from indoor to beach, Wilkerson started her beach career in 2013 and shortly began competing internationally for Team Canada, now claiming her spot as a top-ranked team in the world. She currently lives in Toronto but spends her summers training in Hermosa Beach.
Wilkerson made her debut on the AVP tour in 2017, where she and partner Nicole Branagh were the lowest ranking Main Draw team in the AVP Gold Series, Manhattan Beach Open but battled their way to the finals.
