|Birthday||January 16, 1995|
Carly started playing volleyball when she was six years old and fell more and more in love with the game as she grew up. She graduated from Punahou High School in Honolulu, where she also earned 2013 Gatorade Player of the Year. Searching for a different experience, she studied and played collegiate volleyball at the University of Missouri, where she was a 3x All-American and left the school as the 2nd All-Time Kills leader. Hawaii eventually called her back home; she played two full beach volleyball seasons as a graduate student as a Rainbow Wahine at the University of Hawaii. After a year abroad playing professionally as a libero in Germany, Carly finally settled on the sand. She won her first AVP Championship in 2022 at Central Florida.
Outside of volleyball, Carly enjoys surfing, eating good food (especially ramen), making videos, taking photos, and sewing. She is also the co-founder of her family business, NexGen Medical Hawaii, where she works as a medical sales rep. Fun fact: Most of the swim tops Carly wears are handmade!
