John-Michael Plummer

Known for his unique style, this Florida Man brings the sunshine from his hometown of Jupiter, Florida. Growing up as a high school volleyball player, John-Michael, better known as JM, was drawn to the hot beaches, fun environment, and competition. Always looking to grow, he finished his MBA at Lindenwood University, where he was a four-year outside hitter. “Jammin” hit the Open beach volleyball circuit in 2013, playing mostly Florida events, and qualified for his first Manhattan Beach AVP Open in 2019. JM is the 2022-2023 Volunteer Assistant for Loyola Marymount U’s beach team, assisting AVP legends John Mayer and Angie Akers.

JM’s favorite food is Jus Poke. In his free time, he enjoys acoustic guitar, anime, and karaoke.
