Taylor Sander was an indoor phenom before trading in his tennis shoes and playing on the beach full-time in 2022. Taylor was an Outside Hitter and three-time All-American at BYU; in 2014, he was named AVCA Player of the Year. Taylor played as one of the USA’s Olympic Outsides in the 2016 and 2020 Olympics, earning a Bronze medal in Rio. He then moved to the beach in 2022, picking up Taylor Crabb. The Taylors had a great debut season, making a few Finals and finally claiming the first-ever Phoenix AVP Championship moniker.
Outside of volleyball, Taylor enjoys being a dad to his two children and spending time with his brother Brendan.
